Our summer camps are all about having FUN while learning Spanish! Students learn new Spanish vocabulary each week as we explore different creative themes. The summer camps are Spanish immersion, so we ask families to enroll in at least three one-week sessions to fully capture the immersion experience.

Enrollment Instructions

Step 1: Review the camp weeks below, add at least three one-week sessions to your cart, and check out.

Step 2: Complete and submit the registration forms in your order confirmation email. Registration is not complete until you have submitted these forms.

Camp Details & Policies

• All Summer Camp sessions are 5 days a week from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm.

• Families must enroll for 3 weeks minimum in order to join our summer camps, but weeks do not have to be consecutive. Enrolling in at least three weeks of camp maximizes the Spanish immersion experience.

  • Cancellation/Refund Policy: Tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE. There is a $50 fee in addition to the weekly fee to change weeks to account for staffing changes.  The option to change weeks is only available if openings remain for another summer weekly session. 

  • Schedule Policy: The main goal of the Spanish Academy of Asheville is to maintain the highest quality of education and care for all children.  The weekly schedule that you choose for your child may not be changed without a change of enrollment approval by the directors. Changes to the regular weekly schedule may not be approved regardless of  illness, absence, or center closings such as Covid-19, other health issues, observed holidays and severe weather closings. 

  • Absence/Vacation Policy: Spanish Academy of Asheville main goal is to maintain the highest quality of education and care for all children, your child’s tuition fees must be paid in full regardless of his/her attendance. This policy applies to absences for any reason including illness, family vacation, and center closings such as Covid-19, phenomenal disaster, other health issues, observed holidays and severe weather closings. 

  • Illness policy: I understand I may not bring my child to the facility if they are  ill  especially if they are exhibiting any covid symptoms. I have read and understand State Licensing requirements regarding illness and agree to be completely cooperative in the terms set forth. I will be notified if my child becomes ill while in attendance at Spanish Academy of Asheville. I understand I have one (1) hour from the time of notice to pick my child. Follow sick child policy. 

  • Uniform policy: All students enrolled in summer camp sections will receive one uniform shirt included. All students must wear uniform shirts in summer camp daily. Option to purchase more!
